Computer Sales & Service

For both work and home, Dartmouth's Computer Store is your friendly resource for academically priced computers and software, printers, supplies, iPods, accessories, factory-certified repairs, and helpful advice on the latest in computer technology.

We provide products and services for members of the Dartmouth community, so you can try, buy, and walk away with your new computer today! We have great education pricing, and since we're located in New Hampshire, you don't pay taxes.

We also have certified technicians on staff who diagnose and repair failed hardware issues. We offer competitive rates for time and materials: generally, $80/hr with a one-hour minimum.

Accounts and Access

Support for system access, account creation and management including password resets and sponsored accounts.

Computer, Device and Printing Support

Support for Dartmouth community members to do their day-to-day work including help with mobile devices, laptops, desktops and printing.

Teaching, Learning and Classrooms

Support for faculty in teaching and learning including learning management systems, online course development and other academic tools.

Websites

Services related to websites including Dartmouth.edu and content management systems.

Wifi, Network and Phone

Support for wired and wireless access, remote access, network configurations and phone. For expedited support, please use designated services.

Email and Collaboration Tools

Support for collaboration and communication tools such as email, GSuite, and OneDrive etc

Research

Support for storage, computation, HPC and visualization needed for Dartmouth's research activities.

Administrative and Reporting Systems

Support for administrative and reporting functions of an institution. Includes analytics, business intelligence, reporting, finance, human resources, student information systems, advancement, research administration, and conference and event management.

Security

Support for Infrastructure and services that provide security, data integrity, and compliance for institutional activities. Includes virus protection, encryption, privacy impact assessments, information risk management, emergency preparedness, data security, audit and monitoring systems and services, and data access and stewardship.

Infrastructure

Enterprise-wide hardware, software, and systems that provide core technologies for institutional activities. Includes shared infrastructure services that connect computing devices and information through the campus' networks, manage user and device identity and access through authentication and directory services. Also includes data center, cloud services, application hosting, and technical administration.
