Oracle E-Business Suite is moving on December 13, 2019 at 8pm

The Oracle E-Business Suite, also known as “Oracle EBS”, is moving to new server hardware.  EBS supports core business functions such as financial accounting, human resource management, payroll processing, and procurement. 

  • The move is scheduled to begin Friday night, December 13, 2019 at 8pm. 
  • The systems will be undergoing validation on Sunday, December 15, 2019 by a core group of users.
  • All systems will be available for general use by 8am on Monday morning, December 16, 2019.

Windows 7 End of Support - January 14, 2020

After January 14, 2020, Microsoft will cease to support Windows 7. This poses a security risk to your computer as well as other computers on the network.


Replacing Dartmouth's Phone System

Dartmouth has selected Jive to be our cloud-based voice provider, Jive will replace our on-premises telephone system. All of Dartmouth's VoIP and analog phones, call centers and fax lines will be transitioned to Jive by May 31, 2020.

  • Phones will be replaced on a department-by-department basis.
  • The project team will reach out to departments to go over the details, phone options, and to plan a transition date that works for them.
