Hello, my name is Kevin Ivey, and I am a Service Desk Technician. I thoroughly enjoy helping people and appreciate the opportunity to assist individuals from different backgrounds and cultures in varied situations. I currently hold my CompTIA A+ certification and have completed numerous personal projects related to cybersecurity and networking. Additionally, I have been involved with computers for over 20 years in my personal life and have even provided freelance security and support services before joining this team. I started here at the beginning of May and have thoroughly enjoyed assisting every person I've interacted with, including members of our internal team. The kindness, helpfulness, and inclusivity within our team have created one of the best cultures I've had the pleasure to be part of.

Outside of work, I am pursuing my collegiate degree, engaging in tradecraft projects like leatherworking and blacksmithing/metalworking, hunting and fishing, painting with my daughter, writing poetry, working out, or spending time with my wife and daughter. I look forward to continuing to grow within my role and continuing to help people, which is my true passion.
