Hi! I am Kerry Ann, a 26-year-old IT professional working in the realm of AV Operations as your Client Technology Consultant/ Audio-Visual Information Technician I. Graduating from Dartmouth College in 2023 with a specialized degree in Biochemistry modified with Organic Chemistry, my academic journey has equipped me with a unique blend of scientific expertise and technical finesse.
Having honed my skills as the lead student worker in the Dartmouth TECH Center for five years, I transitioned into a full-time position at Dartmouth Client Technology Consulting in 2023, with a strong commitment to technology and its seamless integration in our educational environments. My goal is to help empower students, faculty, and staff to embrace the technological world around them, to augment their classroom or research experiences with technology.
Beyond the tech world, I find joy in diverse interests. A passionate oil painter, I use the canvas as a medium for self-expression. I also love to frequent the gym, finding solace in the balance of physical activity and mental fortitude. I am an avid reader, and find joy in reading the latest chemistry research articles or whatever fantasy books come across my path. I am a forever student, and love dismantling things to understand the inner workings of the technology on hand, just to put them back together into a functioning device. This hands-on approach not only showcases a problem-solving mindset but also reflects a penchant for understanding the mechanics of the world around me.
