WebADI - Journal Entry Submission System

Details

The Web Application Desktop Interface (WebADI) is a tool managed by the Controller's Office that is used for uploading Journal Entries to the General Ledger (GL) when they do not involve grant funding. If you have entries that do involve grant funding or a combination of grant and non-grant funding, you must use the Sponsored Projects Upload Device (SPUD).

  • To use WebADI, you will need to have been granted access and attended training classes to work with financial systems. Instructions for obtaining access and training, and using or getting help with WebADI are available on the Controller's Office website.
  • You will need to use the WebADI Excel template. See the WebADI page and click on the link for WebADI Template.
  • For problems accessing WebADI, contact the ITC Service Desk at 603-646-2999 or submit a support request at dartgo.org/techhelp.
  • For assistance working with WebADI, please contact Financial.Reports@Dartmouth.edu
