Zoom License Request

Use this service to request Zoom licenses

Webinars

If you need a temporary license for hosting a Webinar, or if you can already host a Webinar but need an increase in the number of attendees, submit a request.

The Zoom Meeting and Webinar platforms offer similar features and functionality, but have some key differences.

  • Meetings are designed to be a collaborative event
    • participants are able to screen share
    • turn on their video and audio
    • see who else is in attendance
    • support for Breakout Rooms
  • Webinars are designed to give the host more control, sometimes used for large audiences
    • only the host and any designated panelists can share their video, audio and screen
    • are generally for view-only attendees
    • have the ability to interact via host-controlled Q&A, chat, and polling questions
    • allow host to selectively unmute attendees

Large Meetings

If your current participant limit for meetings is 300, you can request a temporary increase to 1,000.

Concurrent Meetings Plus

Zoom offers the ability to host concurrent meetings. By default, the number is 2. Submit a request if you need a license to host up to 20 concurrent meetings.

Events

Zoom Events is a full-scale tool used to host virtual and hybrid events. If you are interested in putting on such an event, please submit a request and we'll work together!
