Overview
In Berry 402, Client Technology Consulting offers faculty walk-in to address technology questions and needs. We still offer all our technology services by:
By expanding our services, we hope to make using technology and finding support easier for faculty. Where we wish we could serve all our clients in Berry 402, this will only be available for active faculty.
Hours
We will offer hours from 9 am to 2 pm Monday through Thursday, with time between noon and 1 pm for lunch. These hours allow us to be available in the new Berry 402 Walk-in Center to our faculty during the heaviest ticket submission times, while allowing our consultants flexibility to schedule appointments around the campus.
Location
If you enter Berry at the Novack Cafe entrance, walk up the stairs, turn left, then walk through until you get to the elevator and stairs. Please proceed to the 4th floor and we are in 402 located next to the elevator.

Services
In Berry 402, we can address many technology needs. During operational hours we can help faculty with:
- Software issues
- Passwords
- Duo
- Driver updates
- Training questions
- Much more!
There are some services that we may need to schedule a follow-up to ensure that we can address all faculty needs. Some of examples may include data migrations, OS upgrades, or escalated issues that may take more time. Our consultants will create a ticket on your behalf then schedule a time and location that best fits the faculty's availability. For immediate support, please call 603-646-2999.
