Some international country codes are blocked as a high percentage of calls coming from those area codes are scam calls where the caller tries to get you to give them private information. If you need to make a call to, or receive a call from, one of these area codes, please submit a support request in the Services Portal and someone will be in touch. If you need to call a country that is currently blocked, it will take several weeks for that country code to be added to Dartmouth's system where we can then allow you access.
