Dartmouth offers several models of headsets for use with Dartmouth's phone system.
A Plantronics Blackwire 3200 series headset is provided to each Dartmouth employee who elects to use a software-based phone as their primary work phone - rather than a desk phone.
For those employees who require a hearing aid compatible headset, a Plantronics EncorePro series headset is provided. These headsets come with a two year warranty from Plantronics. If you prefer a different model headset, if you would like a physical desk phone and a headset, or if the headset provided to you when your phone was first deployed breaks, you will need to purchase your own headset. Contact Dartmouth's Computer Store to view your list of options and order a different model, or to order a replacement.
