How to Repeat Title Rows in Excel (Mac and Windows)

Use the steps below to print title rows on each page of an Excel spreadsheet.
Step-by-Step
Click the
Page Layout
tab at the top of the window and select "Print Titles."
In the window that appears, select the
Sheet
tab if it is not already selected and click the spreadsheet icon in the "Rows to repeat at top" field.
Select the row or rows you wish to appear at the top of each page, then hit the return key and click OK.
To verify that the correct settings have been applied, select File>Print>"Show Print Preview."
