Outgoing Email Stuck in Outbox

Troubleshooting Steps when Email is Stuck in your Outbox.  This applies to Windows Machines


  1. Try manually resending the email by clicking on the Send / Receive tab.
  2. If that doesn't work, close down Outlook and re-open it.
