Share Calendar with Non-Dartmouth Account


You can share the free/busy information on your calendar that is within the O365 environment (not a Gmail calendar) with non-Dartmouth accounts. You cannot share the details of your calendar with non-Dartmouth accounts; only whether you are free or busy.

To share your calendar with someone who doesn't have a account follow the steps below:

  1. Submit a support request at our Services Portal requesting that your account be enabled for calendar sharing with non-Dartmouth accounts.
  2. Once you hear back that that has been done, log into and click Calendar to display your calendar.
  3. Right-click (Windows) or Command-click (Macintosh) on your calendar in the left-hand navigation bar.
  4. Click Share Calendar from the menu that pops up.
  5. In the Share with field, enter the complete email address of the person with whom you want to share your calendar (e.g., or
  6. Click Send. The email address that you entered will receive an email with information about how to view your calendar.
