Fixed Asset System (FAS)

The Fixed Asset System is maintained by Procurement Services. The Fixed Asset System tracks departmental capital assets and inventory.

• Getting Access - To gain access to the Fixed Asset System, you must follow the procedures for requesting access to the Financial Systems at Dartmouth College.
• Logging In - Go to https://oa.dartmouth.edu:8007/OA_HTML/AppsLogin . The Fixed Asset System is accessed via your web browser and NetID and password authentication.
• Getting Help - For assistance with the Fixed Asset Systems, please contact the Fixed Assets Staff.
• Training - Information about Fixed Asset System training is available on the Controller's Office website.
