MyBanner: Reporting a Problem

Details

To report a problem with Banner Forms (now Pages) (e.g., error messages or system failures), please submit a support request at dartgo.org/techhelp and provide the following information:

  1. Your full name as it appears in the Dartmouth Name Directory (DND).
  2. Your NetID.
  3. The version and operating system of the machine you are using (e.g., Mac OX 10.12.x, Windows 10).
  4. The web browser and version you are using (e.g., Chrome, Edge, Internet Explorer 11, Safari, 9.x, FireFox 52.x, etc.).
  5. The name of the Banner page (window) you were accessing when the error occurred.
  6. The exact error message that appeared.
  7. Indicate whether this is affecting only you or multiple users within your area/department.
  8. If you are able to log into Banner before getting an error, copy the information from the Application Navigator home link (e.g. Banner 9 Admin (Production [Copper] Environment - banner-app02) and include that in your email message to Help.
