Details
To report a problem with Banner Forms (now Pages) (e.g., error messages or system failures), please submit a support request at dartgo.org/techhelp and provide the following information:
- Your full name as it appears in the Dartmouth Name Directory (DND).
- Your NetID.
- The version and operating system of the machine you are using (e.g., Mac OX 10.12.x, Windows 10).
- The web browser and version you are using (e.g., Chrome, Edge, Internet Explorer 11, Safari, 9.x, FireFox 52.x, etc.).
- The name of the Banner page (window) you were accessing when the error occurred.
- The exact error message that appeared.
- Indicate whether this is affecting only you or multiple users within your area/department.
- If you are able to log into Banner before getting an error, copy the information from the Application Navigator home link (e.g. Banner 9 Admin (Production [Copper] Environment - banner-app02) and include that in your email message to Help.
