Planning for Your Event

• Once you decide that you need videotaping of your event, contact R. Michael Murray to begin making arrangements.
• Fill out and return the Pre-Event Video Recording Checklist to ensure that all your requirements will be met.
• Discuss any other requirements you might have with Conferences and Special Events

Release Form for Speakers

Any speakers you are planning to record will need to sign the Dartmouth College Release Warranty License Form.

Overflow Services

If you are anticipating a larger crowd than your room can handle, overflow video services are available. For more information, email R. Michael Murray.
