Outlook won't connect to Exchange

Step-by-Step

Here is what seems to be working but please add/remove/change as necessary:

  1. Perform all Windows/Office updates
  2. Apply the Hot Fix - : http://support.microsoft.com/hotfix/KBHotfix.aspx?kbnum=2876644&kbln=en-us
  3. Reboot
  4. Can’t hurt to Run a Malware scan but I think in my case, what was found was unrelated.
