Phishing Method

  • Email claiming to be from a company in France called Lactalis Group Imports & Export Inc.
  • The word "Information" is misspelled in the subject of the email as "Inforrmation", a common indicator of a sloppy phishing attack.
  • The email claims to be interested in building a business relationship with the recipient by importing products in bulk.
  • The email instructs the recipient to reply to a suspicious Gmail account.
  • Sender email domain does not match the name indicated in the email signature.
