With so many different storage options available at Dartmouth, it can be confusing some time to know how much you are using. The following information provides steps on how to see how much you are using in different systems. For general limits, please refer to the KBA Collaboration, File Sharing and Data Storage.
- Open a web browser and go to https://bwa.dartmouth.edu
- Login if required
- Click the gear icon in the upper-right to access account settings
- Click on Account > Storage and you'll see a snapshot of your email usage:

- Open a web browser and go to https://dartmouth-my.sharepoint.com
- Login if required
- This is you OneDrive account page. At the bottom of the left column is a summary of your OneDrive storage:

- Open a web browser and go to https://google.dartmouth.edu
- Login if required
- Click on the Drive icon
- On your Google Drive home page, you will find a summary of your Google Drive storage in the left column:

- Open a web browser and go to https://dropbox.dartmouth.edu
- Login if required
- Click on your account profile icon in the upper-right corner and select Settings.
- Next click on the Plan tab and you will find a summary of your Dropbox storage shown below:
