Standard classroom reference guide on how to project content from the Elmo document camera or to share content in a Zoom meeting. 

POWER

  • Turn on / Off Power Uploaded Image (Thumbnail)
    • Power On: Power LED Lights up blue
    • Power OFF (standby status): Power LED lights up red

DOCUMENT CAMERA TO PROJECTOR

  • Select Doc Cam at the touch control panelUploaded Image (Thumbnail)

UPSIDE DOWN IMAGE

  • If the image is upside down, select the rotate image buttonUploaded Image (Thumbnail)

ZOOM MEETINGS

  • Select Class MacUploaded Image (Thumbnail)
  • Launch Zoom applications from the dockUploaded Image (Thumbnail)
    • Sign in via SSO
       
  • Select Share ScreenUploaded Image (Thumbnail)
    • Enter meeting Id
    • Enter password (if needed)
  • Select advanced tabUploaded Image (Thumbnail)
  • Select camera iconUploaded Image (Thumbnail)
  • Ending the meeting
    • Select stop sharing
      • If you see a black scree, press the Command key + Q
