Standard classroom reference guide on how to project content from the Elmo document camera or to share content in a Zoom meeting. This is available in Life Science Center Rooms 100, 105, 200, 201 and 205.

POWER

• Turn on / Off Power 
  • Power On: Power LED Lights up blue
  • Power OFF (standby status): Power LED lights up red

DOCUMENT CAMERA TO PROJECTOR

• Select Doc Cam at the touch control panel
  

UPSIDE DOWN IMAGE

• If the image is upside down, select the rotate image button
  

ZOOM MEETINGS

• Select Class Mac
  
• Launch Zoom applications from the dock
  
  • Sign in via SSO
     
• Select Share Screen
  
  • Enter meeting Id
  • Enter password (if needed)
• Select advanced tab
  
• Select camera icon
  
• Ending the meeting
  • Select stop sharing
    • If you see a black scree, press the Command key + Q
