KM Bizhub Account Track - Can't Save Settings - Box is grayed out - Mac

Using account track with the Mac I am able to input my tracking code, but it won't let me save the settings, the box is grayed out

Solution

  1. Remove the printer queue.
  2. Remove printer preference and presets from user's Library -> Preferences folder
  3. Go to Konica Minolta Self-Help Product Support site, download and install latest version of printer driver
  4. Setup up printer queue again.

Should now be able to from Print window

  • Select KM printer
  • Scroll down and click on
  • Select Output Method
  • Check Box for accounts track and enter your account track code into the Password field
  • Check Save Settings, click OK.
  • Click OK
  • From the Presets field select to Save Current Settings As Preset, and give it a name. Click OK

Test printing.
