Using account track with the Mac I am able to input my tracking code, but it won't let me save the settings, the box is grayed out
Solution
- Remove the printer queue.
- Remove printer preference and presets from user's Library -> Preferences folder
- Go to Konica Minolta Self-Help Product Support site, download and install latest version of printer driver
- Setup up printer queue again.
Should now be able to from Print window
- Select KM printer
- Scroll down and click on
- Select Output Method
- Check Box for accounts track and enter your account track code into the Password field
- Check Save Settings, click OK.
- Click OK
- From the Presets field select to Save Current Settings As Preset, and give it a name. Click OK
Test printing.
