GreenPrint - How to Scan

Scan to Email

  1. Swipe your Dartmouth ID card at any GreenPrint station. 
     
  2. Lift the scan lid on the printer and put the document or item on the glass, as snug to the top left of the pane as possible. 
     
  3. Click "Scan."


     
  4. Click "Scan to My Email." 


     
  5. Confirm your Dartmouth email is under the "To" field. Click "Start" on the printer's screen. 


     
  6. Next, click "Finish" on the printer's screen and press the green "Start" button on the printer's panel to initiate the scan. 
     
  7. Finally, hit "Send" on the printer's screen to send the document to your email. 
     

Scan to Google Drive

  1. Swipe your Dartmouth ID card at any GreenPrint station. 
     
  2. Lift the scan lid on the printer and put the document or item on the glass, as snug to the top left of the pane as possible. 
     
  3. Click "Scan."


     
  4. Next, click "Google Drive." 


     
  5. When prompted on the next page, click "Start" on the printer's screen. 


     
  6. Next, click "Finish" on the printer's screen and press the green "Start" button on the printer's panel to initiate the scan. 
     
  7. Finally, hit "Send" on the printer's screen to send the document to your Google Drive.  
     

Scan to Dropbox

  1. Swipe your Dartmouth ID card at any GreenPrint station. 
     
  2. Lift the scan lid on the printer and put the document or item on the glass, as snug to the top left of the pane as possible. 
     
  3. Click "Scan."


     
  4. Next, click "Dropbox." 


     
  5. When prompted on the next page, click "Start" on the printer's screen. 


     
  6. Next, click "Finish" on the printer's screen and press the green "Start" button on the printer's panel to initiate the scan. 
     
  7. Finally, hit "Send" on the printer's screen to send the document to your Dropbox.
