Post New incident (i.e. Investigating)

Update
Update incident (i.e. Identified or Monitoring)
- ITC has identified the issue affecting [name of component] and is working to restore service. We anticipate service will be restored in [amount of time]. We will continue to provide updates here.
- [vendor name] has identified the issue and is working to restore service.
- A fix has been applied and all systems are performing as expected. We're continuing to monitor for any recurring problems.
Closing
Close incident (i.e. Resolved)
- [ITC or vendor name] has resolved the incident. If you are still experiencing issues with [name of component] then please submit a ticket through the Services Portal.

Post Maintenance (i.e. Scheduled) (will include Date/Time pickers so no need to enter start/end dates or times)
- ITC will be performing scheduled maintenance on [name of component]. Services related to [list of impacted applications/features] [will be available/unavailable] during this event. We appreciate your patience. If you have questions about this event then please contact [Contact Information].
Update
Update Maintenance (i.e. In progress or Verifying)
- Maintenance for [name of component] will be extended [amount of time] for more testing.
- Update on [name of component], ITC would like you to know [describe update].
- Scheduled maintenance for [name of component] is currently in progress. We will provide updates as necessary.
- Scheduled maintenance has been postponed for today. We will post further updates here once a new maintenance window has been established.
