Gitlab login errors

Issue: Sponsored account user gets errors opening https://git.dartmouth.edu. User enters Dartmouth credentials and password successfully then gets "422 Sign-in using Login auth failed" error in browser window.

• In Helpdash or midPoint, check if Sponsored account mailbox type field is "undefined" or set to "none."
• Gitlab access requires that a mailbox is created.
• Check with Sponsored account user about creating a "forwarding" mailbox since general Dartmouth email announcements will forward to a personal email address.
• In midPoint, modify the Sponsored account mailbox type to "forwarding."
