CrashPlan Web restore is designed to download a few files when you need them on the go.

If you have a device that is configured to use Dartmouth's CrashPlan backup and disaster recovery service, you will receive a status report via email from Code42 once a week.

Useful troubleshooting tool for when the CrashPlan application is not reporting status correctly, and some other issues.

If you need to back up or restore a large number of files, we recommend (temporarily) disabling your computer's sleep settings. Once the Code42 CrashPlan app is done backing up or downloading your files, you can change the sleep settings back to their original settings.
