Applications Manager (AppWorx) client cannot login due to "Application Blocked by Java Security"

Applications Manager (AppWorx) clients began encountering the error  "Application Blocked by Java Security" on Monday June 10th, 2019, due to the expiration of a vendor jar signing certificate installed within the application.  ITC is working to upgrade Applications Manager from version 9.1.3 to 9.3 in order to resolve the issue.  Until then, users will need to follow the workaround instructions below in order to avoid encountering this message.

Symptom: While logging into Applications Manager (AppWorx), you receive this message:

Workaround: Open your computer's Java Control Panel:

Click the “Security” tab:

Click the “Edit Site List…” button.

Click the “Add” button, and enter one or all of the following Applications Manager URLs:

https://batch.dartmouth.edu

https://batch-preprod.dartmouth.edu

https://batch-dev.dartmouth.edu

Click “OK”, and now you should see:

Click "OK", and close out of the Java Control Panel.  

Finally, restart your Applications Manager (AppWorx) client and log in.
