Konica Minolta Usage

Step-by-Step

Periodically it is recommended that you review the usage of any Konica Minolta multi-function device that you administer to ensure your quarterly bills won't be a surprise.

To view your usage:

  1. Log into MyKMBS.com. If you don't have a MyKMBS account, contact your department's administrator. S/he should have an account and be able to create one for you.
  2. From the menu bar, click Fleet Management then View Fleet Reports then Meter History.

If you have a machine that prints in color, check the color usage as compared with the black and white usage. The cost for each color copy is .04 cents per page, whereas the cost per black and white copy is .005 cents per page. If the color usage seems high, it may be that someone who is using your printer has their default set to color rather than black and white so everything they print is automatically being charged at the higher rate even though it is mostly not color.
