  • Active students, faculty, or staff

How the merge will work

  • A support specialist from the ITC Service Desk will contact you and request that you change your current email associated with the Dropbox account to your primary Dartmouth email at a scheduled time.
  • This change must be coordinated with the support specialist in order for the merge to work properly, so please wait for instructions from the Service Desk.

Information about using Dartmouth's Dropbox Account

  • Accounts must be registered using a Dartmouth primary email (typically: firstname.m.lastname@dartmouth.edu), no aliases or private email accounts.
  • Dartmouth authentication with Duo will be used to sign into Dropbox once the merge is completed.
  • Merging into the Dartmouth account is a scheduled activity that must be coordinated with a support specialist from the ITC Service Desk.

This service is for those Dartmouth students, faculty, and staff who have created Dropbox accounts using email accounts other than their Dartmouth primary email and wish to merge that with the Dartmouth Dropbox account.

Request for your Dartmouth Dropbox account be removed from the Team.
