Desktop phone panel does not display information

If your Polycom phone isn't working, and the display panel doesn't show any information, do the following steps to resolve this:

1. Check that the Ethernet cable is plugged into an active network wall port identified by blue label.

2. Check that Ethernet cable is plugged into correct port on the back of the phone.

3. Re-plug Ethernet cable into phone and wall to see if reseating the cable causes the phone to start working.

4. Check the activity status of wall port - do other things (e.g. computer with WiFi disabled) plugged into the same wall port have a network connection.

5. Submit a support request in the Services Portal
