Report a Problem or Request Assistance with your Phone

If you have a question about your phone - whether it be a desk phone, or the GoToConnect application installed on your computer or smart phone - click the Report Problem link to the right, then answer the questions on the form. You can also use this form to ask ITC to come pick up any old Cisco phones you still have or any of the new Poly phones you no longer need.
