This error occurs due to the incompatible version Logitech software, more specifically Logitech Download Assistant. This belongs to the Logitech mouse.
Most often the issue occurs with the Logitech Download Assistant (LogiLDA) after a Windows update. To resolve the issue, disable to the fLogitech Download Assistant (LogiLDA) rom Startup (via the Task Manager).
