Monitors don't work after connecting to AirMedia

Issue

After connecting a laptop to a Crestron AirMedia for wireless display and then disconnecting, monitors plugged into dock are no longer working. 

Environment

Windows 10

Resolution

The monitors were not enabled in display settings. To enable monitors again:

1. Open Settings > Display
2. Scroll down to "Multiple Displays"
3. Click the dropdown menu and select Extend these displays
