Dartmouth provides Alumni general help with accessing Dartmouth email accounts and with accessing systems for Alumni. This includes assistance with resetting passwords and using DUO. Alumni will need to use a Net ID and password to access systems like the Alumni Directory, myTUCK, Dartmouth Connect, and eTranscripts, among others.

Normal hours for alumni support are:

  • Sunday through Saturday 24/7
  • Encompass (formerly iModules) Support
    Weekdays 8 am - 5 pm

Systems Available to Alumni include:

  • DartDM – Dartmouth Directory Manager
  • Dartmouth Daily Updates – Dartmouth News (Daily or Weekly Updates)
  • Email Address - A dartmouth.edu email address that can be forwarded
  • eTranscripts – Alumni may request Official Transcripts
  • Encompass (formerly iModules) - Set of tools for alumni volunteers, used to engage with alumni. Tools include content management, email marketing, online giving, and event management.
  • Slate – Alumni Admissions Volunteer Application
  • Library - Dartmouth College Library for Alumni
  • NetID Lookup and Login - Use the Lookup my NetID and Don’t know your password? links
  • Online Services – Alumni Profile (Data) Updates, Alumni Directory, Email Marketing, Event Registration and services for Alumni Classes, Clubs and Affiliated Groups
  • Wireless - Dartmouth Public Wireless Network (SSID)
  • VOLTX – Volunteer Online Tool (used by alumni volunteer fundraisers)
