Virtual EMS
An active Dartmouth account is all that is needed to access the Virtual Event Management System (VEMS). Special permission is not needed for accessing this system and requesting the rooms that are available.
To access Virtual EMS, go to ems.dartmouth.edu and log in with your NetID and password. The request form that is displayed is based on whether you are Faculty, Staff or Student and if Staff, the department you work in.
EMS Desktop Client
EMS Desktop application that requires special privileges, but that is only needed for those departments that approve room reservations (such as Conferences and Events). A request to the Packaged Apps Team must be submitted to get access to EMS Desktop Client.
