Information Technology Services can provide a variety of functions to assist in the evaluation, procurement, and design of software solutions, including
- Assistance with requirements gathering
- Assistance with developing Request for Proposals (RFP)
- Assistance with evaluating RFPs in a structured way to guide decisions
- Contract negotiation and execution
- Assistance with budget development
- Ongoing vendor relationship management
- Facilitate integration with other software solutions currently in use at the institution
- Assistance with implementation planning
