Log in to the work management website

  1. Go to https://services.dartmouth.edu/TDWorkmanagement

  2. Use your NetID to log in to the portal.

  1. When someone walks in with an issue open a new walk-in center ticket from the Tech pop-up Links box on the home page.

  2. Search for the walk in using their netid submit the ticket with the type of issue you are having

  1. Now open the ticket you just opened.

  1. In the new window that opens Click on the green box that says go to TDNext

  1. You have a very generic ticket here so click on edit to fill some information in

  1. Document the interaction. What was the problem? Was it resolved? What steps were taken? 

  2. Change the status from new to in progress and If the problem was resolved change the responsible from ash to yourself

  3. Click save then click to detail.

  4. Click on the actions drop down menu and click update.

  1. If the issue was resolved change the status to closed and write a note to the walk in in the description.
