What is Happening?
With Zoom increasing their features and offerings, it now offers many of the same features as Robin. Now Robin users will be able to use their existing Zoom software and account to book reservable spaces in the same place they make their virtual meetings. To reduce the number of applications you will need to use, ITC will sunset Robin on October 28, 2025 and move to Zoom. We are asking for any reservations made after October 15, 2025 to be completed through in Zoom.

What Do I Have to Do Now
Robin currently reserves two primary types of spaces, rooms and desks. You can differentiate between the two in Robin by going into the schedule section and choose Book a desk or click the Meeting Rooms in the ribbon. Meetings rooms will transfer over to the Zoom platform through its resource calendar. Desk reservations will need to be recreated for any reservations booked after October 15, 2025.
