Zoom Scheduler is a tool that allows you to share your calendar with other Dartmouth College users, along with people outside of Dartmouth. Integrating with your Microsoft 365 calendar, Scheduler allows you to set booking times based on your availability. You can set specific time slots for users to book, and they are taken to a booking page with your availability.
To setup a standard booking page:
- Navigate to dartmouth.zoom.us and sign-in
- On the left-hand column, click "Scheduler"
- Next, make sure your O365 calendar is connected by going to "Settings" on the top-right of the Scheduler window, then "Accounts". Click the option to Add Account if your email is not already connected.
- Once your O365 calendar is connected, go back to the main Scheduler tab, and click "New Booking Page", then "Create a Booking Page (One to One) and hit Next at the bottom.
- The booking page is for a specific length of meeting. Start by creating a 30 or 60 minute meeting booking page, and give it a name that's easy for people to understand. ie: "Ryan 1 to 1 60 minute meeting"
- Follow the required steps, and once created, Zoom will provide you a personalize booking page, which you can share with others, either directly or via a link in your email.
- Since it integrates with your O365 calendar, your availabiity is based off of your calendar. If your O365 calendar is up to date, users will be able to book free times.
