When trying to sign in to the Zoom app, using the SSO option, on an Android mobile phone, receive the error "Oops, something went wrong".

  • Be sure the Android OS version meets the system requirements for Zoom. 
  • Be sure to be running the latest version of the Zoom app for Android

Step- by-Step

Clear the Zoom app cache on the Android

  1. On your Android device, go to the Settings menu.
  2. Select Apps.
  3. Tap Zoom.
  4. Navigate to Storage.
  5. Tap Clear Cache and Clear Data.

Launch Zoom app and try logging in again using the SSO option
