Sometimes after an update to the RDS service, you might get an error when trying to login to an application in RDS.
Solution
- Connect to RDS via the web page https://rds.dartmouth.edu, sign in and then try your application from there.
- Or if, starting from the Microsoft Remote Desktop app,
- Click the Workspaces tab
- Click the App commands and tasks icon (see image below)
- Select Refresh All Workspaces
- Then try launching the app again from under the Workspaces tab in Microsoft Remote Desktop
