User is setting up a virtual machine and installed Windows 11 using installer image downloaded from Microsoft. WIndows is not activating.
If using an Enterprise version of the OS, and they are on the Dartmouth network, the OS should activate automatically by virtue of being on campus network.
If the OS doesn't active, they need to be sure they are using an Enterprise version.
Update to Windows 11 Enterprise using the KMS product key - see URL below.
