Monthly Updates
When IT delivers monthly Windows updates and requires a restart you will be prompted with the following message. We encourage you to select 'Restart now' and then 'OK' to apply the updates and reboot your machine to ensure they take effect in a timely manner. (Remember to save your work and close your applications!)
If you do decide to defer the install of updates, you can for up to three days. After that you will be forced to restart your machine to ensure the updates are applied to your system.
