Present
Present your digital content from your laptop or other device through the projector and speakers.
- HDMI
Directly connect your laptop or other device to the audiovisual system.
Zoom
Your device with built-in web cam or external USB web cam enables remote guests to see and hear activities in the classroom.
- Join a Meeting
Set up a Zoom meeting ahead of class and join from the room by entering in the Meeting ID and Password
- Zoom Share
Use the Zoom "Share" button in the Zoom desktop client to wirelessly present your content in-room and to any remote participants in the Zoom meeting
Getting Started
- Turn on the projector via the Audio Visual Touch Control Panel by selecting HDMI button
- Connect your laptop or other device using the HDMI cable (you may need an USB-C to HDMI adapter for your computer)
- Adjust the volume through the fader on the bottom of the touch panel as needed.
