Overview

Sudikoff 003, 045, and 143 are single projector rooms with an audiovisual system that support the use laptop or other device through wired connection.

AV Touch Panel Control and AV Connection

Technology Features

Present

Present your digital content from your laptop or other device through the projector and speakers.

HDMI
Directly connect your laptop or other device to the audiovisual system.

Zoom

Your device with built-in web cam or external USB web cam enables remote guests to see and hear activities in the classroom.

Join a Meeting
Set up a Zoom meeting ahead of class and join from the room by entering in the Meeting ID and Password
Zoom Share
Use the Zoom "Share" button in the Zoom desktop client to wirelessly present your content in-room and to any remote participants in the Zoom meeting

Getting Started

Turn on the projector via the Audio Visual Touch Control Panel by selecting HDMI button
Connect your laptop or other device using the HDMI cable (you may need an USB-C to HDMI adapter for your computer)
Adjust the volume through the fader on the bottom of the touch panel as needed.
