The staff at Vox Daily do not maintain the mailing list, nor are we able to edit, add, or remove subscribers.
Vox Daily does not include the choice to opt-in or out.
In addition to events, Vox Daily is used to disseminate important administrative announcements to the Dartmouth community (students, faculty, staff) — health-related and emergency preparedness information, for example — receiving Vox Daily mailings is simply a requirement of having a Dartmouth.edu (Hitchcock.org, Tuck, Thayer, Geisel, or Sponsored) email address.
If you are no longer at Dartmouth, either working for or attending a program,(or Tuck, Thayer, Hitchcock, the Geisel School, in a bridge program, a Sponsored account, or a summer program) then your name will be removed from the Vox Daily list as soon as the Registrar and HR remove you from their lists (including Banner) and send the updated list to computing services. If you would like to accelerate this process, contact help@dartmouth.edu or 603-646-2999.
If you are still affiliated with Dartmouth through a Sponsored account and still wish to be removed from the list, you will no longer have a sponsored email account and no access to Banner. To be removed, please contact the help desk at help@dartmouth.edu, call 603 646-2999, or contact the department/office with which you were affiliated.
If you are new to Dartmouth or have changed positions you will begin receiving VOX Daily as soon as the Registrar and HR add you to their lists (including Banner/Canvas) and send the updated list to computing services.
Vox Daily is never sent to a personal email address; If you are receiving VOX into a personal email, you could cease the forwarding of emails from your Dartmouth email account.
