More than one person can work on a Qualtrics survey using the Collaboration feature.  This is the ability to give other Qualtrics users access to your project without sharing your account information. Collaborations offer granularity in the level of access (eg. edit, view results, copy, etc.) as well as the ability to audit changes to surveys.

NOTE: The use of shared (departmental or service) accounts is strongly discouraged as it may result in unrecoverable data loss.

Qualtrics projects can be shared with individual users or a group of users.  To request the creation of a group, the addition or removal of group members, please contact the Qualtrics Support, and make sure to have the keyword "Qualtrics" in the subject to ensure correct ticket routing.
