Email Policy When Leaving Dartmouth

Email is a communication resource provided by the College to assist in the performance of College business. Email messages that are part of a Dartmouth College email account, are records of the College and should not leave with a Departing employee. This is per DISC policy as follows:


DISC Policy Control Objective 16.11

All records produced and maintained by employees of Dartmouth College remain the property of the College, and should not be removed, altered, destroyed, except as provided within official policy of the organization.
