The Service Desk uses CyberArk to manage login credentials to systems where elevated permissions are required.

Accessing CyberArk
- Start the GlobalProtect VPN client.
- Go to https://pvwa.dartmouth.edu/PasswordVault/v10/logon/saml which will present you with the SSO page.
- Enter your NetID and password, and authenticate with Duo.
- Upon authenticating, you will reach the main page.
