ITC Call Center Prompts

The ITC Call Center can be contacted 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at 603-646-2999 or toll free at 1-855-764-2485.


Call Center Prompts:

Monday - Friday, 8am - 9pm

Thank you for calling the ITC Call Center at Dartmouth. Please listen carefully to the following options, so your call can be routed appropriately.

  • If you are faculty teaching now in a classroom and are having technology trouble, press 1 to be connected with Classroom Technology Services.
  • All others press 2.
    • If you are an Alum and looking for the Alumni Help Desk press 4.
    • If you are faculty staff or student with the Geisel, Tuck, or Thayer schools press 3.
      • For the Geisel School of Medicine Office of Computing, press 1.
      • For the Thayer School of Engineering Computing Services, press 2.
      • For the Tuck school of business IT Service Desk, press 3.
    • All others press 2 and you will be connected with a Dartmouth Representative from our Call Center partner Vitalyst. If your question or issue cannot be addressed by Vitalyst in the call, they will create a ticket for you, and someone from your ITC Support team will reach out to you for follow up.
  • To hear this list of options again press the star key(****).
